Speech-Language Pathologist
Tiffany Santos
Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for supporting adults as they navigate changes to communication, cognition, and swallowing. I particularly enjoy working in adult neurological rehabilitation, helping clients rebuild and strengthen communication skills following neurological changes.
I take a person-centred approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients and their families to support meaningful communication and participation in everyday life. Virtual appointments are available across British Columbia, with in-person appointments in White Rock, Surrey, Langley, and Delta.
Adult Neurological Rehabilitation
I have experience supporting individuals with aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia of speech, voice disorders, cognitive-communication difficulties, and dysphagia. That includes people following stroke, as well as individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and related disorders, Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA), dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and brain tumours. Learn more about our speech therapy after stroke and neurological changes.
Working with Children
I also have extensive experience working with children and families. I particularly enjoy supporting children with social communication and phonological disorders, helping them develop clearer speech and feel more confident communicating and connecting with others.
Training
I am certified in SPEAK OUT!, a program for people with Parkinson’s disease and related disorders. I am also trained in Modified Barium Swallow analysis.
