Initial sessions are $220, and ongoing 50-minute sessions are $180. Travel fees may apply for certain home visits or off-site appointments. Below are answers to the questions we get asked most about pricing, funding, insurance, and billing.

Are your services covered by BC Autism Funding?
Maëlle Le Rudulier is listed on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP), so families of children under six can use BC Autism Funding for speech-language therapy with her. Contact us about your child's funding arrangement before booking. The B.C. Government is transitioning the program: some families began moving to the new Disability Benefit in July 2026, and new applications remain open until March 2027.

Do you accept the At Home Program?
Yes, we work with families receiving support through the At Home Program (AHP), which assists children and teens with severe disabilities. If your child is enrolled in the Medical Benefits portion of the AHP, they may be eligible for speech-language pathology services.
Are speech therapy services covered by extended health benefits?
Many employer extended health benefit plans provide coverage for speech-language pathology services. Coverage limits vary widely by plan (e.g., $500 per year, or 80% per session up to a maximum). We recommend checking your specific benefits booklet or contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage details.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Depending on your specific insurance provider and plan, we may be able to offer direct billing. For providers where direct billing is not available, we provide a detailed receipt after each session that includes all the necessary information (including the clinician's registration number) for you to submit a claim for reimbursement.
Do I need a doctor's referral to see a Speech-Language Pathologist?
No, a doctor's referral is not required to access our services. You can contact us directly to book an appointment. However, some extended health insurance providers may require a physician's referral in order to reimburse you for the sessions. Please check with your insurance provider.
